Refund Policy

General Policy
All ticket purchases through Ephesus Tickets are final. Once we have purchased the official entry ticket on your behalf, no refunds are available.
Why Purchases Are Final
We purchase the official ticket from the Turkish government's booking system immediately after your booking is confirmed. Once purchased, these official tickets cannot be returned or resold through the government system.
When We Will Issue a Refund
You will receive a full refund if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, including: the official booking system being unavailable, Ephesus being unexpectedly closed, or any other failure on our end to deliver the service you paid for.
EU Consumer Rights
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(l), leisure services provided on a specific date are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate fulfillment of your booking and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Ticket Validity
Your official Ephesus ticket is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and can be used on any single day within that window — the “planned visit date” you select at checkout is a planning guide for our records, not a fixed reservation. If your plans change, your ticket remains valid for any day up to 90 days after purchase.
